Monday, September 25, 2023 - At the River Cafe. From the very beginning, clearly a high quality producer and a well made wine. Initially the acidity and minerality dominate all other elements. As it warmed up and had some time with air, the nose opened up with much more fruit and floral notes. Body was thinner than expected throughout.
