Wednesday, February 23, 2022 - Final bottle that nicely stood up to a peppered 15-bean soup. What a treat to enjoy an aged Chablis released and priced for aged consumption. For me, big notes include oysters, white mushrooms, and a lean oiliness. Tastes partially oxidized.
