Monday, June 14, 2021 - Light yellow, hinting green. Smells like green apple, pear, grass, and wet rocks. Medium(+) body and acid, medium finish, maybe even a bit more on the acidity actually, with a bright and easy constitution, a suggestion of effervescence, and flavors of lime, green apple, pear, and stony mineralogy. Perfect pairing with our margarita chicken tonight. Fades a bit as it warms/opens, so pop it and drink up!
