Friday, January 1, 2021 - Decanted only 15-20 minutes. First taste out of the bottle almost felt like a young porto. That being said very smooth. Perfect for the Beef Wellington we had with it. We need something to counter balance all the fattiness of the Wellington and the meat and that Armaron did amazing.

Great Armaron and ready now.
