Sunday, April 12, 2020 - This is a lovely wine for people who really love interesting reds. He is a master winemaker with true talent for rescuing oft-forgotten grapes and lovingly growing and blending them to a Napa winemaking standard. This wine paired perfectly with a spinach, feta, and prosciutto omelette on a weeknight. We drank it over three nights and it continued to unfold in interesting ways.
