Saturday, April 18, 2020 - On the nose, earthy, slate, forrest floor, pepper, spice, on the palate: Mineral, dried herbs, dark fruit - later on more wood, oak barrel comes out. Delicious and thought-provoking. Underripe fruit in a good way.
