Saturday, July 18, 2020 - Decanted and tried it at 20 minute intervals. It was good after 20 minutes, outstanding after an hour. Crushed berries on the nose, good depth on the open kept it from being jammy. Tannins mellowed after an hour of decanting but additional bottle time will serve this wine well. Net-Net : This is little young but can be enjoyed now when decanted. If you like California Cabs - The Beast will not disappoint.
