Tuesday, June 4, 2019 - This is gonna be a creeper. It's going to show in 10. It has green notes with tannins that will smooth out with age. A black fruit core that is hard to degust right now. It's very tight but cola still pokes through. Not the best 30, but a keeper for cellar show works future.
7 hours later it really opened up to beef blood, primal black berry, cola, spices and excellent rounding where this is headed to a 3 year opener at 55degrees.
