Monday, January 13, 2020 - This bottle was fully open showing brawny black fruits, hints of blood, and a lick of spice. Nicely composed, it balances the paysanne and polished quite nicely. There was a real juiciness on the finish here. I enjoy the bottle variation of these wines.
