Sunday, January 24, 2021 - Opened and left for an hour or two. First aroma on pouring was strongly like popcorn! (a caramel type note.). It’s dark and woody underneath that. Velvety texture with a strong acidic grip. A little bitter on the end, although after a few hours this softens a good deal.
