Tuesday, August 17, 2021 - Two hour decant. Bright, but very very deep magenta color. Lingonberry, black tea leaves, rose petals, nutmeg, and subtle thyme on the earthy, Bordeaux-like nose. Super smooth, dry, medium bodied palate, with latent, satiny, yet diminutive, acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.

This is very well made, but more earthy than I like. It could use more acid to liven the palate.
