Monday, March 29, 2021 - First bottle pulled with cork apparently having dropped into the wine a long time ago, ullage was 2 inches under the shoulder; looked ok, if rather dark, and tasted like acetone smells. The second bottle was fine, the cork just soaked, and much like the previous, strong color and fruit pleasantly aged.
