Wednesday, December 2, 2015 - Mixed emotions on this. Quite complex, not sure I would have guessed rosé, as this offers such a wide and complex palate. Not sure I could drink a whole bottle of this. I also have some doubts about the solera technique. Chemistry or not? Anyway, very good and quite interesting.
