Saturday, July 7, 2018 - Pale burnt orang with a touch of salmon color. Very fine bubbles and a small dime sized mousse. Sharp nose of persimmon, grapefruit and jasmine. Initially a quick punched up tart palette that subtly opens to reveal stone fruit, unripe melon and a bit of flowers.
Absolutely stunning wine, memorable. World class.
