Friday, April 29, 2022 - Disgorged in March 2021. Floral nose with strawberry, brioche, orange, and lemon notes. It's both delicate and complex. There is nice acidity on the palate with more lemon, orange, and mineral flavors, as well as an interesting red berry note. Long finish. Awesome Champagne!
