Saturday, February 11, 2023 - This is very good. Nose of apple, lemon, stone fruits and a hint of oak. High acidity and medium body with a great balance between fruit and minerality. On the palate more stone fruits and lemon and some butteriness from the oak. Feels like it could do with a couple of years just to smooth out the edges, but really nice and fresh today. First bottle of a 6-pack so looking forward to seeing how it ages.
