Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Very sadly, my final btl. In an amazing place. Still some primary fruit, but stunning nose with loads of nettle, tarragon, preserved lemon, sour apple and papaya. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lovely density, hi-toned lemon, guava, soft peach and golden apple. Wet stone and soft grapefruit on the finish. Wow.
