Sunday, November 26, 2023 - A bit sharp, tons of energy. Appley Pearish fruits, loads of tartness, and minerality. A bit sharp in the texture component given the acidity and extract it does come across as a touch shrill on its own, but good with food. I worry a bit with time if this will come increasingly imbalanced but no rush
