Thursday, April 20, 2023 - Drank at Wine Club with lamb ragu, a good match. Double decanted 3 hours before. Deep red colour. Nose of cherry and red fruit. Palate quite long. The tannins are a little prominent, but it’s a silky smooth wine. All enjoyed it. I have a little left to try today, may be even better. I think should definitely develop over next 5-10 years and look forward to trying again.
