Sunday, May 17, 2020 - What a cool wine that is absolutely in the zone now. Opens with a waxy, nutty fullness, almost like aged LdH. After an hour it just opens to cascades of dense white fruit, salinity, acid. Super balanced. It evolves and turns sweeter with a honey/lemon note as it sits. Hard to put down. Bravo.
