Saturday, June 15, 2019 - Screw cap. Simple, well-made rosé. Faint berries, citrus on the nose. The fruit is more muted on the palate, more tart and crisp and citrusy. For me this would be better with food than with sipping, lacking a little more fruit on the palate which is more to my taste. About an hour after opening, some faint dry wild strawberries emerge on the palate, a slight improvement in the flavor profile, at least for me. Hard to argue with the price, this is a good value.
