Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - Slow-oxed in the bottle in a cool environment.

Ethereal nose with lots of floral aromas (dried as well as some fresh), sweet tobacco, red and a hint of purple berries, licorice, tar, lots of cherries, a little vanilla.

Nice acidity and freshness despite the the warm vintage - grippy, but not overpowering tannins.

More potential to come - hold.
