Saturday, February 26, 2022 - Still quite tight but by the second glass it had opened more. Lemon and green apple is the fruit but the star of the show is a beautiful savouriness. If I had another bottle I would save it for a while. It could be a spectacular village example in a few years. It’s very good now, I’d recommend a decant though.
