Monday, November 14, 2022 - Dull earthy nose with a touch of cherry and light game notes. Dry plum, rawhide, wet soil, white pepper, and a mix of dried herbs on the palate. Clay, sour cherry, peppery notes, and dusty earth and tannins on the finish. Lacks both fruit and punch.
