Sunday, October 2, 2022 - Light-medium golden color. Still pretty young, but showing very good potential with notes of citrus, some wet stone minerality, some sweet spices, honey, a touch of nuts. It‘s pretty full-bodied, with medium-high acidity and just a touch of phenolic bitterness. Pretty long finish. A still young but nice Pouilly-Fuissé that will still have a few really good years ahead.
