Sunday, April 28, 2019 - Burgundy Dinner with the Chevaliers du Tastevin (Chez Mike, East Greenbush, NY): [Open for about four hours.] Black cherry nose. Rich, juicy, tannic. Still quite young. Needs at least 5 years more to fully open up. 94-96 points.
