Friday, December 30, 2022 - Via coravin. Wonderful deep yellow color, elegant nose. Takes ca 20 mins to open up fully. Wonderful lemon and vanilla notes combined with more exotic fruits like pineapple, lychee. All elements in harmony, good concentration. Medium to long finish with some saline and freshness. Already in a good spot right now and I guess it has easily 5-8 more years.
