Thursday, May 19, 2022 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club": Pinot Noir; Cote d´Or (@ BD): The bouquet is still a bit locked, but also rustic and shows cherries, raspberries and dark fruits. On the palate fresh red fruits like cherries and raspberries, a hint of leather. Good acidity and sticky tannin.
