Friday, April 25, 2008 - Very young, with creamy oak on the finish, and also very tamed and plush for a Madiran with only slightly dry tannins, but there's the telltale funky nose, dark color, and great depth of flavor and superb fruit/acid balance. Should be stellar in a decade, but drinks pretty nicely now.
