Sunday, July 3, 2022 - Very glad I kept our last bottle an extra year as it's added some nice complexity and smoothed and thickened the edges. Nose wafts peach and apricot nectars, Jello vanilla pudding, tangerine zest, and saline. Medium bodied with thick, somewhat acid that's integrated nicely. Flavors include zesty lemon and lime, white peach, Asian bear, slate, and white pepper.
