Saturday, February 6, 2021 - Pale Yellow. Medium intensity with medium body and medium+ acidity. On the nose citrus, lemon curd, orchard fruit, quince, pear, white flowers. As it opens up some stone fruit creeps in but always maintains that underlying chalky minerality. Also a little leesy and creamy. Just complexity and class.
