Monday, December 25, 2023 - Golden, plenty small bubbles, clear. Yeast, biscuit, red apple, apricot and green apple nose. Biscuit, red apple, brioche, honey, straw and like peel taste. Rich and mature, developed aromas with depth and complexity. Fantastic wine.
