Friday, August 28, 2009 - Black currant, blueberry, licorice, graphite. Full bodied and extracted, jammy. Well made and received many compliments around the table but I guess I'm just not a huge fan of Aussie/Chilean style cabs. To be fair, I have a slight head cold today, so my tasting may be a bit off.
