Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Med ruby with a hint of garnet. Med intensity nose delivering leather, sweet spice,violets, jammy damson, red fruit. On the palatte it’s dry, a med(+) intensity, medium (quite fine) tannin, med(+) acidity and a med(+) body. The finish is reasonable but the fruiot dies before the acidity. Quite impressed with the tertiary notes, but I’d say the drinking window is closing.
