Friday, August 5, 2022 - Cellared since release - Drunk with very wine savvy owners of local wine bar. Truly fabulous Russian River Pinot. Flawless appearance, dark purple core with dense color to the rim. Unmistakable, characteristic nose of rich pinot fruit, snappy ripe stems, forest floor & cola. Delicious, luxurious tastes of ripe black & blue fruits. This developed exactly as one would hope, and shed a lot of it's baby fat from the early years. Could last 2-3 more years in a good cellar but... why wait?
