Tuesday, December 22, 2020 - I had a bottle of this in the spring that knocked my socks off. This bottle is more pensive, even reserved. It still shows the red fruit and spice tones from the prior bottle, but in a decidedly more high toned structure. It’s an interesting contrast with the 2016 O&F Bedrock I had the other night that was all bass. This is leaning on the treble.
