Sunday, June 13, 2021 - Decanted at about 9am, served with lunch and the leftovers with dinner. A beautiful citrus oil intensity, very deep punch of shells, apricot and ripe lemon juice. Very firm acidity today but suits the intensity of the wine. This is a baby but very very good with appropriate air.
