Friday, November 4, 2022 - Slight effervescence initially that dissipates over the course of an hour or so. On the palate, it’s raspberries and blackberries, somewhat tart, with quite a lot of spice and some rather lively acidity. It’s not bad, but it’s not particularly exciting, and given the price point, it could be better.
