Saturday, May 15, 2021 - This wine is drinking well-beautiful garnet color, berry fruit nose; cherry/plum on the palate and lengthy, mildly tart cherry on the finish. I chose it to pair with a cod and pasta marinara and it worked well (ample acid) but might have been a bit too substantial for this entree.
