Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Early on this showed fairly tough, with medicinal herbs, earth, and a bit of unripe blackberry fruit. By the 2nd day it was shining with red plums and black cherry, menthol, a touch of smoke. Surprising how much decanting this needed, but turned out as good as it always is.
