Thursday, March 28, 2024 - Nose floral violet, funky earth, blueberry; palate blueberry again, sour apple, immense acid and mineral galore. Frizzante a nice touch. Definitely a stretch if you're looking for more "traditional" wines - except, of course, this is likely traditional in a very old school way.
