Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Popped and poured this one. Black fruits, mint/pencil shavings, some flowers and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Balanced on the palate . Medium tannins and medium acidity . Medium -bodied . Medium finish. Paired with pork braised in red wine, mashed potatoes and garden salad . Plenty of life ahead !!
