Saturday, January 23, 2021 - Very enjoyable to drink, showing perfectly right now. Blackberries, licorice, mineral with a velvety texture. Fruit forward with matching acidity and mild to moderate tannins. Very dark red in color. Nice job to Chateau Cheval Blanc.
