Saturday, June 24, 2023 - Nose: Fresh Fennel, citrus, apricots, honey in a complex combination

Taste:Multilayered where the complex fruits (red apples and grilled lemons) are combined with white pepper , toasted bread and fennel, almonds and some bitterness (pleasant though) at the end.

A house wine that always works so well!!
Should be drunk in a year
