The citrus flavors were subdue enough to lean to the Old world style, yet still enough to yield to the California concept. Acidity - balanced; legs - moderate; finish - long....fruit flavors of slight grapefruit, lemon/lime (think 7 Up),,,palate, smooth. I am glad I have several more bottles to try over the next 5 years.
