2nd note - OK, I didn't wait one year, yet...but who's counting. However, this wine has improved over the 7 months since last consumed. I stand-by my first note. Enjoy now and over the next 2 years.

Yea, Pam. This vintage, with about 2 - 3more years will be superb. The citrus flavors were subdue enough to lean to the Old world style, yet still enough to yield to the California concept. Acidity - balanced; legs - moderate; finish - long....fruit flavors of slight grapefruit, lemon/lime (think 7 Up),,,palate, smooth. I am glad I have several more bottles to try over the next 5 years.

With her 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, Pam Starr has captured an ideal balance of the grape's fruit and herbal characteristics. Comprised of 100% estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, it delivers an aromatic and flavor payload of pit fruits, mango, lemon verbena, wet stones and freshly cut grass. Light yellow, crisply acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (14.4%) and with a dollop of complementary oak, it has good mid-palate presence and concludes with a lengthy, mineral-laden finish. Enjoy this outstanding white over the next three years. Drink now-2022.

Bright Clear light green gold; crisp, citrus, lime, lemon, light herb and hay; light-medium body and moderate finish; more acidity forward.
