Friday, December 24, 2021 - Decanted about 90 minutes. Cedar, dark fruit, and some spice on the nose. Plum, dark cherry, cocoa, and peppery spice on the palate. Tannins still pretty grippy, medium plus acid, medium to full body, medium to long spicy finish. Nice aromatic and flavor complexity, will be better in a few years when the tannins settle down.
