Saturday, February 6, 2021 - (70% sauvignon blanc, 30% semillon)

I'm a fan of Carbonnieux blanc, and have had the 2014, 2015, 2017 and now this 2018 recently.

Certainly at the moment I get Jeff Leve's point - this is a very nice fruity, smooth wine that can be easily enjoyed. It doesn't (yet?) have the complexity of the 2015 in its prime, but maybe that will come in a year or two.
