Sunday, December 5, 2021 - This hit all the notes I was hoping for.
Nose is tart gooseberry with light barrel notes
Palate is tart, crisp and nicely complex with the nose following through to the palate. I get mostly sauvignon Blanc notes but the Semillon adds some depth and broadness to the palate that is very nice.
Lovely wine and will buy more before it disappears from Costco...
