Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Outstanding. Nose of peaches and fresh mown grass.
On the palate, peaches, honey and lime. The grassy notes are very strong, almost NZ like. Texture is as thick and waxy as you hope it will be. Finish is of fresh squeezed lemonade.
The winning pairing was.. hear me out.. butter chicken! The creaminess and the spice simply amplified the honey and the texture in the wine.
